My Story

8 years ago I was stressed out with a new career as a musician. I was overwhelmed. I was drinking too much. Partying too much. Then I realized that what I was putting into my body was destroying it. Then I decided to do things the "right way" I got into fad diets, went to the gym, and worked out five times a week, but it just did not work. I was eating and drinking foods that were damaging my hormones and doing exercises that did not work for my ADHD brain. Then I decided to simplify everything focusing on the fundamentals. A simple nutrition plan that works with hormones. A simple workout program that is fast and effective. A breathing technique that keeps focus in and out of the gym. Only then I was able to build and maintain a great physique for over 4 years since using it.
